Online Returns Policy

We are happy to refund you for any item you do not want for any reason within 14 days.  The product must be in perfect condition with any seals and shrink wrap intact.  We will refund you the purchase price within 7 days of return.   Please do this within 14 days of purchase.  Simply enclose your invoice and mark on it what you are returning and we will refund the value of the product to you.  You can bring your returns to us directly to our shop or post it to us at:

Faulty Products For Products Bought Online:

In the unfortunate event of a product being faulty please return the product to us either directly to our shop or post it to us at 20 Thomas St, Limerick, please use your returns form sent with your order.  We will give you a 100% refund as well as the cost of shipping, proof of cost of shipping is essential for us to reimburse you for shipping.

Online Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order placed with Tony Clarke School Books & Supplies online provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please forward your order confirmation email to info@tonyclarke.ie  with Cancel Order in the subject field and you will receive a refund within 7 days provided the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you may return your complete order within 14 days from date delivered for a full refund excluding delivery charges. Goods need to be in original packaging and in a saleable condition with any seals and shrink wrap intact. The returned parcel must include the returns form and your contact details.
